To Whom It May Concern Choosing Care Graphics was one of the smartest decisions I have made in my entire professional career. About a year ago we decided to expand into commercial printing. having to spend our entire life saving & resources into this major expansion, this did not allow us to make any mistakes. The key was to find a reliable equipment from a reputable and reliable dealer. When I was introduced to care Graphics. I was extremely hesitant to work with a company out of states, but after talking to Ron I sensed a lot of sincerity & vast knowledge of printing machinery. He listened to my needs and applications, and presented the best option at the very reasonable price. Even though I had a good feeling about the deal, but I could not risk such investment on my intuition only. I started researching the company and their references. Without any exception they all were extremely satisfied. Then I contacted all authorised manufacture dealers and a several independent dealers. Not even one negative respond. What really convinced me, was when I ran across two dealers, one in states & one in Canada whom were close competitors and apparently have lost sales to Caregraphic in the past. Obviously they were not going to be kind toward them, but no matter how hard they tried, the could not give me one good proof which would point to Caregraphic negligence or incompetence. After I decided to proceed with Caregraphic, they started refurbishing the press. I was well informed of the progress by means of telephone conversations and video tapes of the procedure. When the equipment was ready, I flew to their plant, and arranged authorised manf. Service Techs to inspect the press. We went through the press for 2 days with a fine tooth comb, conducting all tests including GATF test.......... The result was Perfection,,, the Press was absolutely flawless. After the installation of the press on my floor, we went through an extensive raining on the press for days which was extremely helpful. After the crew left our plant, we had a few minor settling-in problems, which needed their attention. THEY WERE THERE FOR US %100. They would spend hours on the phone walking us through the problems, and by any means they would not rest till the problem was taken care of. I have had the press for over a year new, and have not had any problems what so ever. To this day my pressmen tell me how lucky I am to have found a press as clean as it is physically & mechanically, and I think I have been so lucky to have found such responsible, trustworthy, and knowledgeable characters as Michel and Ron with Caregraphic. I could go on and on recommending Caregraphic, but I think the best recommendation would be to invite anyone considering Caregraphic to my plant to see the press in person, and then let you be the judge of it.
